+How can I best find a part based on numbers?

The most efficient way is to determine the original number of the part. You can enter this number in the search bar on our site to easily find the part. The original number can be easily found through our partner at www.megazip.net.

+What should I do if I can't find the correct part?

If you can't find the part, you can try on our other site: www.buitenboordmotor-onderdelen.nl. If you can't find the part there either, unfortunately, this means we don't have the part in our inventory. Our entire stock is listed on buitenboordmotor-onderdelen.nl.

Returns

+Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can. You can do this by returning your item within 14 days and placing a new order on the website. The cost of return shipping is at your expense and will not be reimbursed.

+How can I return my order? 

You can return your item to: Power Watersport, Platteweg 4 - Z4, 4681SE Nieuw Vossemeer in the Netherlands. Please include a copy of the invoice so we know who the return is from. Please read the return conditions as described below before proceeding with the return.

+What are the conditions for returning my order?

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the items are in their original packaging. Packages that are damaged or have been opened with a 'No return after opening' sticker will not be accepted. The processing of returns takes place after receipt and assessment of the items. Electrical parts, fuel pumps & impellers are not taken back once the packaging has been opened. FAQ: How long does it take before I get my money back if I return my order? If the return shipment meets all conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days after assessment.

+How long does it take before my return shipment is processed?

Your return shipment will be processed within 5 days of receipt. FAQ: Do I receive a confirmation when my returned order has been received in good order? You will not receive a confirmation of your return shipment. Your money will be automatically refunded to your account.

Warranty

+Do I have a warranty on my ordered items?

All items you purchase from us are subject to statutory warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If this is not the case with an item you receive, we will provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we do this by replacement, repair, or refund.

+How long is the warranty on my ordered items?

The warranty period varies and depends on the item you have ordered. Wear and rotating parts are generally not covered by the warranty unless our technical service decides otherwise. This includes parts that wear out with normal use and can wear out faster with intensive/extreme use or poor maintenance, such as pistons, spring rings, piston rings, fuel pumps, V-belts, impellers, propellers, starters, solenoids, cylinders, crankshafts, connecting rods, drive rods, stators, triggers, spark plugs, gears, oil seals, O-rings, bearings, split pins, shear pins, paint, flushing clamps, pumps, hydrofoils, hydraulic controls, gas and steering cables, motorbatteries, etc.

+What should I do if my ordered item is defective?

If your ordered item becomes defective within the warranty period, you can return the item along with the enclosed invoice.

Before contacting us, please check if the correct email address has been entered. Then check if it has not ended up in the spam box. If money has been deducted from your account, we have received the order and will process it as quickly as possible.
